About the Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant for KCS, you will play a vital role in attracting new clients and managing candidate requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Business development: prospecting, vetting, and securing new clients
- Negotiating rates, candidate salaries, and finalising agreements between all parties
- Client account management: maintaining relationships and conducting site visits
- Basic administrative tasks including CRM upkeep, chasing timesheets
- Ensuring compliance with right to work legislation
- Preparing weekly client breakdown reports
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in construction recruitment, or sales experience from a comparable industry is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Positive, transparent, and passionate mentality
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Ability to attend our London based office regularly
